At night you can’t fall asleep. Overwhelmed and dreading going into work the next day, week, year. Groundhog day happens and you think WTF am I doing with my life …. but then you have a meeting to get to so it all gets pushed down….for now.
That gut feeling when you are doing something you don’t like. The neutralness of the every day, maybe you don’t even really notice. Slowly anxiety, stress and dissatisfaction just become something you accept.
